1. 目的
為保障客戶及會員的基本權利，確保「Pure Cloud Technology Limited」(下稱「本公司」) 旗下營運網站www.wisdomwealthedu.com(下稱「本網站」) 與客戶及會員之間的權利與義務，規範雙方的行為，特制定本協議。
2. 定義
客戶：所有瀏覽本網站及使用本網站服務的人士。
會員：通過提供個人資料，成功在本網站註冊登錄，成為本網站的會員。
登入ID：會員在使用本網站服務時，為證明自己身份所設定的帳戶名稱。
密碼：會員在使用本網站時，為保障會員資料安全及各項權益不受威脅所設定的字母、數字或特殊符號的組合。
3. “條款及細則”的修改和修訂
本網站有權在必要時修改“條款及細則”，並不會另行通知。
本網站會不定時審視及修改“條款及細則”，客戶須在瀏覽本網站、購買商品或使用電子商務服務前閱讀並接受已生效的“條款及細則”。客戶瀏覽本網站或使用任何電子商務服務，即表示客戶確認已經閱讀、明白並同意“條款及細則”。
4. 不可抗力
“不可抗力”是指本公司及本網站不能預見、不能避免或不能克服的事件，該事件包括(但不限於)政府行為、自然災害、惡劣天氣、戰爭、駭客入侵、電腦病毒、網絡故障。
遭受不可抗力事件時，本公司及本網站可暫時中止履行“條款及細則”下的義務直至不可抗力事件的影響消除為止，本公司及本網站無需對客戶、會員或任何第三方承擔違約責任。
5. 註冊
本網站在提供電子商務服務時，不會對客戶收取註冊費用。
如閣下註冊本網站會員不成功，可能存在以下兩種情況:
A. 曾被取消會員資格。
B. 註冊資料或信息中包含有虛假、不實、惡意等違規信息。
會員須提供本人及時、完整、準確、真實的帳戶資料。如會員資料不合符要求，則本網站有權暫停或終止閣下的註冊及使用，本網站無需對會員或任何第三方承擔違約責任。
會員須及時於本網站更新個人資料，使其保持及時、完整、準確和真實，以免送服務上的延誤。
6. 帳戶及密碼
本網站的登入ID及密碼是會員使用本網站服務憑證，會員有義務保管好個人登入ID及密碼。
會員不得以任何形式擅自轉讓或授權他人使用自己的本網站登入ID及密碼。如因會員管理不善造成登入ID、密碼等被複製或被盜用，相應損失均由會員自行承擔。
任何人不得 使用任何不正當或非法手段，盜取其他會員的賬戶資料或對他人進行騷擾。如發現個人賬戶遭遇以上安全威脅，請立即與本公司聯絡。
7. 變更、中斷或終止服務
會員有權隨時終止其在本網站的會員資格。
如發生下列任一情形，則本網站有權隨時中斷或終止其會員資格：
A. 違反“條款及細則”中的相關規定
B. 所提供的個人註冊資料虛假、不實、含有惡意
C. 使用本網站服務過程中，以任何形式損害或威脅本公司或本網站的利益
D. 以任何形式違反法律法規，危害國家及他人的合法權益
E. 未經許可，擅自將會員資料作為商品進行交易、買賣、出售
F. 轉載、洩漏、 散播 會員資料，對他人造成嚴重影響
G. 採用非常手段盜取他人資料，妨礙他人使用本網站相關服務，嚴重威脅電子商務秩序
H. 未按規定及時支付款項或繳納本網站相關服務費用
因違規而導致本網站中斷對該會員的服務後，如再重覆性違規或15日內未按要求修改，則本網站有權隨時終止該會員資格，並拒絕向其提供本網站相關服務，不必另行通知。由此帶來的一切經濟或其他損失，本公司及本網站概不負責。
8. 通知及商業服務資訊
本公司將採用Whatsapp形式，向註冊會員發出各類通知。
本公司“條款及細則”的修改或其他服務事項變更時，將不會另行通知。客戶須在瀏覽本網站、購買商品、使用電子商務服務前閱讀“條款及細則”。
在不透露客戶隱私資訊的前提下，本網站有權通過Whatsapp向會員發送商業服務資訊。
9. 付款
本公司接受信用卡，銀行轉帳，轉數快及Payme的付款方式。
若客戶想以現金支付，需與本公司客戶服務員聯絡，在到本公司以現金結帳。
本公司沒有責任提前通知客戶有關自動續期所產生的費用。
10. 售價、交易與貨物運送
本網站所列出的均是現正生效的服務售價。本網站有權隨時作出更改，恕不預先通知。
有關本網站服務售價、支付方式、等相關事項，直至會員確認訂單及完成付款，本網站才能為閣下準確確認實際可執行的操作方式，請以最終電子訂單所顯示的資料為準。
11. 退款條例
如果客戶在購買課程14天欲申請退款，本公司亦會收取10%行政費用，退回的90%課程費用，14天過後將不予退回。
因買家原因而造成的退款申請，當中包括(但不限於)會員資料未有更新、未準確核實課程內容、購買意欲更變、自動續期一星期後才提出退款要求等，本網站均不予受理。
只有以下兩種情況本公司可以為客戶退款：
1. 重複付款
2. 課程自動續期後一星期內要求退款
（現有相關課程學生）
12. 免責聲明
會員不得以任何形式擅自轉讓或授權他人使用自己的本網站個人登入ID及密碼。如因會員管理不善造成登入ID、密碼等被複製或被盜用，相應損失均由會員自行承擔。同時， 通過該會員的個人賬戶在本網站上發生的所有活動以及產生的責任，亦應由該會員承擔，本公司及本網站概不負責。
客戶及會員明白，在使用本網站提供的服務時，因可能存在的不可抗力(電腦病毒、駭客入侵)及其他任何技術、網際網路、通信等原因，可能造成服務中斷或不能滿足客戶及會員要求，本網站對此不作任何類型的擔保，且不承擔任何責任。
13. 最終決定權
如有任何爭議，本公司保留最終決定權。
14. 準據文字
若中英文版本有任何歧異，須以中文版本為準。
15. 適用法律
本“條款及細則”受香港特別行政區法律的管轄，客戶、會員及本網站同意接納香港法院的管轄權。

Purpose
To protect the fundamental rights of customers and members, ensure that “Pure Cloud Technology Limited” (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) and its operated website www.wisdomwealthedu.com (hereinafter referred to as “the Website”) clearly define the respective rights and obligations between both parties, and regulate their conduct, this Agreement is hereby established.
Definitions
Customer: Any person who browses or uses the services of the Website.
Member: A person who provides personal information, successfully registers, and logs in to the Website.
Login ID: The account name created by a Member to verify their identity when using the Website’s services.
Password: A combination of letters, numbers, or special symbols set by the Member to protect their information and rights when using the Website.
Amendment of the “Terms and Conditions”
The Website reserves the right to amend the “Terms and Conditions” as necessary without prior notice.
The Website will periodically review and update the “Terms and Conditions.” Customers must read and accept the effective “Terms and Conditions” before browsing the Website, purchasing products, or using e-commerce services. By browsing or using any e-commerce service on the Website, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the “Terms and Conditions.”
Force Majeure
“Force Majeure” refers to unforeseeable, unavoidable, or insurmountable events that prevent the Company or the Website from performing their obligations. Such events include, but are not limited to, government actions, natural disasters, extreme weather, war, hacker attacks, computer viruses, or network failures.
In the event of Force Majeure, the Company and the Website may temporarily suspend their obligations under the “Terms and Conditions” until the effects of the event cease, without being liable for any breach or losses to customers, members, or any third parties.
Registration
The Website does not charge any registration fees for using its e-commerce services.
If registration is unsuccessful, possible reasons may include:
A. Prior cancellation of membership.
B. False, inaccurate, or malicious information in registration details.
Members must provide timely, complete, accurate, and truthful account information. If member data does not meet requirements, the Website reserves the right to suspend or cancel the registration or usage without bearing any liability.
Members must promptly update their personal information to ensure it remains current, complete, accurate, and truthful, so as to avoid service delays.
Account and Password
The Login ID and password are the credentials for using the Website’s services. Members have the responsibility to properly safeguard their login information.
Members may not transfer or authorize their Login ID or password to others in any form. Any losses caused by improper management, duplication, or theft of such credentials shall be borne solely by the member.
No one shall use any improper or unlawful means to obtain another member’s account information or harass others. If a member suspects a security breach, they should immediately contact the Company.
Modification, Suspension, or Termination of Services
Members may terminate their membership at any time.
The Website reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership if any of the following occur:
A. Violation of these “Terms and Conditions.”
B. False, inaccurate, or malicious registration information.
C. Damaging or threatening the Company’s or Website’s interests.
D. Violation of laws that harm national or others’ legitimate rights and interests.
E. Unauthorized trading, sale, or use of member information.
F. Unauthorized dissemination or leaking of member data causing serious effects.
G. Illegal data extraction or interference with others’ use of the Website.
H. Failure to make required payments or service fees on time.
If the offending member repeats the violation or fails to correct within 15 days of notification, the Website may permanently terminate the membership and deny future services without notice. The Company and Website bear no responsibility for any losses incurred.
Notifications and Commercial Information
The Company will use WhatsApp to send various notifications to registered members.
No additional notice will be given when the “Terms and Conditions” or other service matters are updated. Customers must read the “Terms and Conditions” before browsing, purchasing, or using e-commerce services.
Without disclosing personal privacy, the Website reserves the right to deliver commercial service information to members via WhatsApp.
Payment
The Company accepts payments via credit card, bank transfer, FPS, and PayMe.
Customers who wish to pay in cash must contact the Company’s customer service and settle payment at the Company’s premises.
The Company is not responsible for notifying customers in advance regarding charges arising from automatic renewals.
Pricing, Transactions, and Course Delivery
All prices listed on the Website are current and valid service prices. The Website reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice.
Transaction details such as pricing and payment methods shall only be confirmed after the member submits an order and completes payment. Please refer to the final electronic order for accurate details.
Refund Policy
If a customer requests a refund within 14 days after purchasing a course, a 10% administrative fee will be charged, and 90% of the course fee will be refunded. No refund will be issued after 14 days.
Refund requests caused by the customer (including but not limited to failure to update member information, misunderstanding of the course, change of purchase intent, or refund request made more than one week after automatic renewal) will not be accepted.
Only the following two circumstances are eligible for a refund:
Duplicate payment.
Refund requested within one week after automatic renewal (for existing students only).
Disclaimer
Members may not transfer or authorize others to use their personal Login ID and password in any form. Any losses arising from poor password management, duplication, or theft shall be solely borne by the member. All activities and responsibilities occurring under a member’s account are also borne by that member. The Company and the Website are not liable.
Customers and members understand that while using the Website’s services, interruptions may occur due to Force Majeure (e.g., computer viruses, hacker attacks) or other technical, internet, or communication issues. The Website makes no warranty of any kind and assumes no liability for such disruptions.
Final Decision
In the event of any dispute, the Company reserves the right of final decision.
Governing Language
If there is any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
Governing Law
These “Terms and Conditions” are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Customers, members, and the Website agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
